Not only did I take the picture of this taste confection, I also made it myself XD

Here's the secret:

3 cups of white sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of unwhipped cream
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 teaspoons of salt
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla

1. Put everything EXCEPT the vanila into a pot, mix it for two or three minutes to blend thoroughly before cooking

2. Cook slowly just under a boil, don't let it foam up to much, and most importantly don't stop stirring for a moment!!!

3. It can take a while but keep at it till the mixture is much thicker and the bubbles are coming up slowly, a bit like a volcano!

4. Once it reaches that stage take it off the heat and let it cool for 5 minutes. Then add a teaspoon of vanilla and beat the fudge untill it's thick and creamy

5. Pour into a baking tray (You might want to grease it first) and let cool, this can take some time, but a while before it's fully set and still a bit warm, cut it into whatever sized pieces you want, then let it cool the rest of the way.

6. It's ready to eat, but personaly I like to put it in the fridge for a couple hours before I eat it

If you like you can add chocolate chips or nuts or whatever you want to mix into the fudge the same time you put the vanilla in.

Also you might want to be careful because even when you've let it cool and have beat it thick and creamy it can still be hot enough to burn you!
